Barrier Gate Installation for Siemens Gamesa

As part of our commitment to delivering high-quality projects that meet strict safety and operational standards, our company successfully supervised and executed the Gate Installation Project from the early civil works stage all the way to the final commissioning of the gates.

The project began with the civil construction phase, which included identifying the foundation locations, preparing the ground, and casting concrete bases designed to support the operational load of the gates. This was followed by the construction and preparatory works, including laying electrical conduits, pulling cables, creating wall openings, and backfilling all excavated areas to ensure the site was fully ready for electrical installation activities.

In the next phase, the external electrical panel—equipped with all required internal components—was installed. Wiring was organized inside the junction boxes and connected to the main transformer. Final finishing works were then completed, including repairing and restoring any affected areas to ensure a clean, safe, and fully compliant installation.

The project concluded with the installation and commissioning of the gates according to approved specifications, followed by performance testing to ensure that all electrical and mechanical systems operate efficiently and safely.
